A prehistoric sport
The competitive horse racing is one of humankind's most antique sports, having its origins among the prehistoric nomadic tribesmen of Central Asia who started to domesticate these animals around 4500 BC. For thousands of years, horse racing grew as the sport of kings and the aristocracy. Modern racing, though, exists mainly because it is the principal way to gamble under the law.

Good tip
Gamble on horses that have already won races.
